Sophomore Ashley Edwards is the GoBonnies.com/Community Bank Athlete of the Week for the period ending Feb. 18. Edwards posted back-to-back double-doubles during a 1-1 week for the Bonnies averaging 16.5 points and 11.5 rebounds. The Philadelphia native returned to the city of "Brotherly Love" and didn't disappoint her family at friends as she posted a career-high 17 points and 12 boards at Saint Joseph's. On Sunday, Edwards led the Bonnies to a crucial win over A-10 rival Duquesne with 16 points and 11 rebounds. Edwards has posted three double-doubles in the last four games and is currently fourth in the conference in rebounding (7.7).
