Freshman Mikhail Sudakov is the Community Bank/GoBonnies.com Athlete of the Week. Sudakov finished with a 2-0 record in sixth singles action at the Larsen Bowker Shootout hosted by nationally-ranked Virginia Tech.

The native of Moscow, Russia provided the Brown and White with the match-winning point to help his side defeat perennial power Charlotte and avenge last season's Atlantic 10 Championships defeat. In his first spring with the Bonnies, Sudakov also picked up a result against the University of Maryland-Baltimore County, a match the Bonnies dropped 5-2 the next day.
