Senior pitcher and third baseman Matt Agostinelli is the GoBonnies.com / Community Bank Athlete of the Week for the period ending May 21. In last week's series win over Richmond at McGraw-Jennings Field, Agostinelli excelled in the final home games of his career. The Rochester, N.Y., native earned a save in Game 1 and threw a strong 6-2/3 innings in Game 3, allowing just four hits and four runs without a decision. At the plate, he went 4-8 (.500) with three RBI, three runs scored, one double and one home run. On the season, Agostinelli has now appeared in a school record 21 games on the mound and is 3-0 with four saves and a 2.64 ERA. He is batting .268.
