The St. Bonaventure University Cheerleaders are sponsored by the Athletic Department and are the primary cheer and spirit group for University functions including all varsity sports teams.

The Cheerleaders are directed by a part-time coach and typically select their squad every fall through a tryout process. Cheerleaders include both women and men. The squad practices several times each week and performs at all home men's and women's basketball games.
